FOOD FOREST operates through a collaborative governance model coordinated by the University of the Basque Country (EHU) and involving all consortium partners. Strategic direction and major decisions are addressed through the Executive Board and General Assembly, while Work Package leaders coordinate implementation, technical activities, deliverables and reporting.
The four people presented above are selected governance contacts and do not represent the project’s full organisational structure. Governance also involves representatives from every consortium beneficiary, pilot-site teams, research and education partners, local authorities and participating communities in Artajona and Tallinn. Regular coordination meetings, shared reporting, quality review, risk management and participatory feedback support accountability and alignment across the project.
